Smart Property — Property Management SaaS
Smart Property is a collaborative, paperless, and social property management solution. It allows you to manage your residential or commercial property without any physical contact. You can monitor the visitor log, maintenance requests from residence, collecting rents and overall staff management for your property and many more. It’s a SaaS product and we can set you up within 24 hours.
The challenge
Property management traditionally depends on paperwork and in-person contact: visitor logs kept at a front desk, maintenance requests passed along by hand, rent collected and reconciled manually, and staff coordinated across sites. Smart Property set out to move all of that into a single system that residents, staff and property managers could use without needing to be in the same building.
What we built
We designed and built Smart Property as a collaborative, paperless and social property management solution covering both residential and commercial properties. The platform brings the day-to-day running of a building into one place:
- Visitor log monitoring — a digital record of who enters the property, replacing the paper sign-in book.
- Maintenance requests — residents raise issues directly and staff track them through to resolution.
- Rent collection — payments handled inside the platform rather than chased separately.
- Staff management — coordination of the people working across the property.
Because Smart Property is delivered as a SaaS product rather than a per-client installation, a new property can be set up on the platform within 24 hours.
